Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, The courage to change the things i can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people i had to kill today because they pissed me off.
Also help me to be careful of the toes i step on today as they may be connected to the ass i may have to kiss tommorrow.
Help me to give 100% at school, work or college
5% on Monday
15% on Tuesday
25% on Wednesday
45% on Thursday and,
10% on Friday.
And help me remember,
When i'm having a really bad day, and it seems that people are trying to piss me off,
It takes 42 muscles to frown and only 4 to extend my arm and smack the shit in the mouth.

Other ways to relieve stress:
Punch a wall
Punch a person or other object
Mosh to very loud american head charge
Do 50 sit ups as fast as you can
Do 50 press ups (or as many as you can)
Go running
Hit your head on a desk
Scream/shout
Throw yourself down a flight of stairs
Slam a door
Throw all your belongings on the floor
Smash up the object/person who stressed you out
Screw your work up and chuck it over your shoulder
Break a microwave
Smash a window
Drink yourself into oblivion
Anialiate yourself with a knife
And if that doesnt work, throw yourself off a cliff!!!
